Moules Marinieres and frites
Fresh Charente mussels - small and sweet (harvested on Wednesdays, so perfect for an event on Thursdays or Fridays!). Cooked in sauvignon blanc wine, shallots, fresh cream and flat leaf parsley. Accompanied by handcut triple cooked frites.
